Smithincott Barton Farm Holidays
A smallholding nestled in beautiful Devon countryside with three holiday cottages
Smithincott Barton is a historic farmstead originally dating back to the time of the Doomesday Book. The two one bedroom lets, the Loft and the Old Stable, are in a converted Grade II listed farm building. The Linhay is a 17th Century listed thatched cottage, attached to the main farmhouse.
The cottages are all dog friendly and have been lovingly restored and equipped to a high standard. They are decorated and furnished with antiques, vintage signs and contemporary artwork. Perfect as a base for touring, or for a comfortable break doing not a lot.
We're in the perfect position – peaceful and quiet, yet just five minutes from the M5 and in easy reach of both the South and North coasts, Dartmoor and Exmoor, as well as the cities of Exeter, Bath and Bristol.
Anna & Alasdair moved from West Sussex in 2018 with the aim of providing farm holiday accommodation equipped and decorated as we like it. Comfortable and stylish but not boring!
Dogs are welcome
